I’ve been working with the multi-brand concept store CATWALK MULTI CONCEPT since 2018, and the scope of my role has evolved over time in response to the owner’s current needs. What has remained constant is the goal: reaching customers who value premium brands – people for whom fashion is not just about buying, but about experience and inspiration.
Within this collaboration, I’m responsible for shaping reach strategies, defining market segmentation, and designing trade marketing activities based on data. CATWALK MULTI CONCEPT operates in a highly competitive environment, where many well-known brands have significantly larger advertising budgets.
That’s exactly why my approach here is built on precise audience segmentation, tailored to the specific premium brands within the portfolio. This allows us to better understand different customer needs and communicate in a way that actually resonates – which translates into stable online revenue.
While competing with the biggest players on ad spend isn’t realistic, a well-structured, customer-focused offer makes it possible to fill specific market gaps and continue growing the business in a sustainable way, without overextending investment.
